A game Key, sometimes also called a product key, activation key, or serial number, is a unique combination of letters and numbers that replaces the need to have a physical disc.

How do you deliver Keys ?

When you buy as a customer, you will receive an email with a link to retrieve your unique Key code. You can also login to your 1Gamers account and view your previous orders and codes.

When you choose either PayPal as your payment method, the email address associated with your PayPal account is set as the default email address to receive the code. You can choose to change the email address to receive the code before checking out.

How long will it take my key to arrive?

Typically, keys arrive in your inbox immediately upon purchase. Please make sure you enter the correct email address when making a purchase. If your key hasn’t arrived in your inbox, please check your spam folder or promotions inbox (if you have one).

If your key hasn’t arrived after 10 minutes please contact customer support.

When does my pre-order key arrive?

When you buy a game that is on pre-order, we typically email the Key on the day of release.

Please check the date and time of release in your timezone.

I didn’t get my key. What should I do?

It’s unusual for this to happen, but sometimes the email about your key can get caught in your spam folder. Please check both your spam folder and your promotions inbox (if you have one) for your email.

If you purchased with PayPal, please check the email account associated with these payment methods if it’s different to the one you selected when checking out.

If your key hasn’t arrived within 10 minutes of your order, please contact our friendly support team. They will assist you.

For pre-order games, we typically share the key via email on the day of release shortly before or after the official release date.
